Local message preparation
The contact tool constructs a plain-text draft in your browser. The supplied script does not send the entered name, email address or message to us, and does not save those fields in cookies or localStorage. Reloading or leaving the page may clear the draft, although your browser may independently offer form recovery or autofill.
Copying uses your device’s clipboard after you select the copy control. Downloading saves a text file to your device. Clipboard history, downloaded files, browser extensions and shared-device access are controlled by your device and browser settings. Delete a draft when you no longer need it.
Email you choose to send
If you email [email protected], your email address, message content and normal email metadata are processed to read, respond to and manage the enquiry. Please include only information relevant to your question.
Correspondence may be handled by email service providers acting for the site. We do not use garden queries to build advertising profiles or sell mailing lists. Messages should be retained only as needed to resolve the enquiry, maintain a necessary correction record or meet applicable legal obligations; no fixed retention period is promised here.
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, ordinary enquiry handling may rely on legitimate interests in responding and maintaining this resource. Other bases may apply to legal obligations or requests you specifically make.
Website delivery and storage
Delivering a website ordinarily exposes technical information such as an IP address, requested page, request time and browser information to the hosting infrastructure. Hosting providers may retain security or operational logs according to their configuration. Such information is used for delivery, troubleshooting and protection against abuse.
The supplied site code includes no analytics scripts, advertising pixels, external font requests or third-party image embeds. It does not itself set cookies or use persistent browser storage. Separately managed hosting or consent services, if present in the deployed site, may have their own necessary processing. Consult any live preference control and the cookie notice for that layer.
External links take you to services with their own privacy practices. We do not control those services.
Your choices and requests
Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may be entitled to access, correct, erase or restrict personal information, object to certain processing, or request portability. These rights are subject to legal conditions and exceptions.
Send a privacy request to [email protected] with enough information to identify the correspondence concerned. We may need proportionate verification before disclosing or changing personal information. Do not send identity documents unless specifically requested through an appropriate process.
You may also contact your local data-protection authority. No website or email system can guarantee absolute security. Avoid sending sensitive information that is unnecessary for an editorial enquiry.
Changes to this notice
If the site’s functions or processing arrangements change, this notice should be updated accordingly. Material changes should be reviewed before you submit new correspondence. The contact route for privacy matters remains the address shown above.
